We first saw combination of a Spanish Hogfish, Wrasse and Sharptail eel last June and we first thought that the fish were harassing the eel. We saw this combo again on Sunday and then today. It appears to us that the fish play a scavenging and protective role for the eel. But we could be completely wrong.
